($250 or sliding scale)

• 2 hour sessions include:

  • Cleansing practice

  • Customized bodywork blend of abdominal therapy, pre/postnatal, craniosacral, deep tissue and energy work

  • Sound and vibration therapies

  • Card deck reading

  • Option to explore ancestral healing, fetal positioning if pregnant, and postpartum healing

Cultural Postpartum Care

($1500 or sliding scale)

• Weekly 2 hour in-person session and carepack drop-off

• 6 Sessions (usable over 3 months) each include:

  • Postpartum warming tea & circle check-in with your support team

  • Option of bodywork & wrapping or postpartum meal preparation

  • Support in creating a home altar and reclaiming family traditions based on your own and baby’s ancestry

  • Postpartum Closing Ceremony as option for one of the sessions

• Carepack includes massage oil, bath salts and herbs, pelvic steam herbs to use in between sessions

• Fewer sessions are available by request
